The hair stylist didn't listen to what I was saying to her. So she cut my son's hair as she wanted (too short). As it was his first experience he was afraid and was crying, she didn't let me calm him before the cut. She was unfriendly and very cold. I think it's the most horrible first experience that could have had a little child with his first cut. I was so unhappy!!!

Made my daughter's first haircut really special. Jordanna was very pleasant, I felt like she really knew what she was doing and kept my daughter amused throughout.
