I've given this a really low star rating, as the salon was completely overbooked, and they only allow 20 mins per haircut, and I'm not sure we even got that long, as there was a larg queue.staff were obviously being totally overworked and were all stressed. I overheard that somebody still hadn't had lunch and it was nearly 5pm!!! The atmosphere was stressful and overcrowded. Our hairdresser is obviously a good hairdresser, but is working in overly stressful circumstances. I won't book again.
Boys' Haircuts
My boys kept still, but the hairdresser just couldn’t cut the their hair even. She used the common shaver without cleaning it before and was generally not bothered to present a normal, tidy boy’s haircut. After asking her to correct the bits she over saw several times, I gave up and thought that I am better off just sorting it out myself at home!
The hairdresser wasn’t bothered to wear her face mask properly either, even when asked by shop manager to do so.
