My son always loves having his hair cut at Trotters and the staff are very caring and make him feel at ease

The venue was absolutely packed and the chairs were extremely worn out- and just a bumper seat rather than something that could attract children like a car-shaped seat. There was minimal cleanup between customers - hair everywhere. I’ve heard better things about the South Ken venue so will try that before ruling Trotters out completely.
