Not happy at all. The haircut it was way shorter than i asked for and no close to what i asked for.The sideburns are awful, there are mistakes on the haircut that you can tell even you arent a pro. And the comments we had for our boy's haircut were 'Did you cut his hair? Why?!!!
Also the place was extremely busy and they have a tiny spot with two chairs for the kids to have their haircuts. Apart from the fish tank nothing else to keep them busy. Very bad experience we will not go again.

Always a pleasure to come to Trotters! My three yr old son is adamant we go to 'twotters' for his haircut and won't accept anything else:)

My 20 month old was crying and constantly moving but Nancy was still able to do a fantastic haircut - I don’t know how she was able to do it. She was very calm and patient throughout the appointment, she was also very friendly and listened to what I wanted for my daughter.

The hair was cut too short at the back and uneven over one of the ears. I understand the short time to do it but it felt rushed. I asked for only some of the weight to be taken off but a lot was taken off before I could really say anything. She was great with my little boy though and barely any tears so that was a big plus for me.
