My daughter doesn’t enjoy having her hair cut, but loved what Ana did and said that she thought she was really kind. She now wants to go back every month!

I didn’t particularly appreciate the hairdresser smelling so strongly of cigarette smoke - she had obviously just been on a cigarette break and we had to wait a few mins after the start of the appointment. However, she was kind to my son who was being pretty difficult, and she did a decent job.
