Awful haircut. My son has massive chunks out his hair now, he is only 2 but usually the stylist knows how to work around this. It can’t even be corrected as it’s been hacked so short. Really disappointing. Will not return to this trotters. Will go to Chiswick instead where the cuts and stylists are always fantastic!

Tijen couldn’t have been more wonderful during an emotional time of getting our son’s first haircut. She entertained him from the second we stepped into the ‘salon’ and the whole experience resulted in nothing but smiles. She worked around our son so quickly yet paying such sweet attention to his natural hair and how to keep it soft and ‘him’ all at the same time. We couldn’t be more grateful for such a special experience!
