First haircut and it couldn’t of gone better. It was calm and reassuring with a great haircut for our little boy.

Hairstylist seemed inpatient and irritated when we asked for our son’s haircut to be shorter. We felt uncomfortable to ask for any further adjustments. The hair was not even at the back so we had to trim it ourselves when we got home. Disappointing.

It’s was great , my daughter didn’t cry which was amazing as she cryed her first time . Ana was very Patient and kind and really good with my daughter.

My daughter ‘s haircut was poor; hair left too long, hairdresser looked rushing a bit and left her with hair totally wet. Final result not good
