My 20 month old was crying and constantly moving but Nancy was still able to do a fantastic haircut - I don’t know how she was able to do it. She was very calm and patient throughout the appointment, she was also very friendly and listened to what I wanted for my daughter.
The hair was cut too short at the back and uneven over one of the ears. I understand the short time to do it but it felt rushed. I asked for only some of the weight to be taken off but a lot was taken off before I could really say anything. She was great with my little boy though and barely any tears so that was a big plus for me.
My 2 year olds haircut took forever and in the end looked like I have down to myself! Complete uneven and unprofessional.
My 7 year old daughter’s fringe was uneven with one side visibly shorter than the other. She was distressed.
The stylist was slow, unhelpful and clearly not very skilled. Next time, I am going to a regula hair salon vs children’s hair stylists of trotters for a lore professional service. It’s not cheap either at trotters, regular hair salons charge more reasonably for kids
