The haircut is an utter disaster. My son has never had his hair so short and I feel guilty I sent my nanny to take him but I’m 40 week pregnant and can barely walk. She did explain to Ana I wanted her to use scissors but Ana insisted to use a razor because my son kept crying. Instructions were clear, I just wanted a shorter length in the back and on his forehead, and he now has barely 2cm of length all across his head. I’m really appalled by your service and will never bring my son again.

I was really upset to hear that my daughter’s hairdresser complained about her hair not being brushed saying it’s not her job to brush the hair. My daughter has curly hair and had been playing during the day. I think it’s awful that someone would make comments like that in front of a child and give them complexes. At the end my younger daughter was given lovely braids and my older daughter wasn’t given then same treatment.
