Jordanna was great and we loved the hair cut. We also wanted to have our son's feet measured but unfortunately the lady wasn't great. She measured the length but not the width. When we selected some shoes for him, she went off to get them in his size and after waiting for ages for her to come back we had to give up as our children were getting fed up. When we left we saw she'd gone to the till. Unfortunately meaning she wasted our time and lost a sale of 3 pairs of shoes.

Always lovely at Trotters and the staff were all on good form. A fantastic haircut, as always, from Jordanna. One of the few people who can actually do so well with my son's untameable hair and let me dream that one day it might not go in every direction!
