We booked a first haircut for our daughter. Ana was brilliant with her, patient, attentive, and keen to make sure she was comfortable and happy. She had a lovely manner and did a beautiful job with her hair. She felt super special throughout and the certificate and sticker were a lovely touch and a nice memento. Would happily recommend - Ana was fabulous!
