We turned up on time but the stylist got changed because of all the previous clients that were coming late and create a mess. Instead of telling these people to come another time, the staff decided to shift everyone’s stylist which felt very disorganised and also created a lot of frustration for the stylists themselves and made us feel unwelcome. Then the stylist had to do a quick job with my son’s haircut to make all the late clients fit in the time left. Next we’ll go to another salon.
