The haircut was great. The issue is the staff wanted me to pay before the cut- no problem, but I wanted to buy clothes and shoes too after the cut and would've preferred to pay once at the end. However the staff acted like I was going to run out without paying for anything. This is funny- you don't run out of a store with an active toddler in a push chair grabbing everything... never been treated like a potential thief before. Odd experience for the Kings Rd Chelsea..
