I am incredibly upset about the disastrous hair cut . He was distressed because tired but Zlata smothered his hair in water despite it being freezing & him saying stop. She uttered not one kind of reassuring word & seemed irritated with him. Toddlers aren’t for her. She hacked my kids hair & stood back to say she was done. It’s a mess!!!!! I had to wait three hours for Nancy to arrive to try to fix it. My son looks like he could be Wayne Rooney’s kid. No refund offered. Nancy is amazing.

Absolutely love taking my children here to have their hair cut. Angela was totally brilliant; she reassured my son, asked him lots of questions, they made each other laugh, a really lovely experience and a wonderful haircut at the end of it!
