The overall experience was really nice, Nancy was very kind. The haircut was spot on! She was alone so we had to wait for 10 minutes for her to start, which seems a bit unfair as their policy is that they will just wait for 5 minutes if the clients are late. And because Nancy was alone, she took more time cleaning the floor…
