During the week it’s a good place to go, but never book on weekends it’s terribly busy. The hairstylist was good but not particularly patient or caring with kids. I was lucky because my daughter is an absolute star but if you go with a difficult kid I’m not sure it will go that well. The store is lovely though, we love this place to shop.
