Very friendly hairdresser and engaged well with my son. Haircut unfortunately not the neatest but I suppose it is difficult with a baby. The process was a little rushed and my son wasn’t sat upright in chair provided which I think made him uncomfortable. A little explanation on how to hold him etc before the cut started would have made it feel more relaxed. Also disappointed as I was told 10% off in the shop but it wasn’t removed. Cashier aware we had haircut. Raising this with CS.

We enjoyed our experience at Trotters. It was a Saturday morning and my only area for improvement was just that it was quite busy. This made the store loud and there was a lot going on. I had hoped my daughter would be sat in front of the screen with the fish tank but she was sat a bit further back. Having said that the stylist was lovely and there were lots of toys available for entertainment.

Jordana has been our son’s hairdresser since he first got his haircut. We counted how many stickers we’ve collected and she has cut his hair 16 times. She can style his hair exceptionally well and his hair looks good even when it’s grown out!
