Thank you. it was a pleasant experience for us as always. at the same time, I'd like raise the issue how does Trotters distribute the workload among the hairstylists. It looked to me as if some hairstylists get more favouritism from the shop than others. I have not chosen this specific stylist, but she was busy with us and then with the next client, while another one was not. I think there should be more equality in workload distribution.

Jordana is cutting my son's hair for 10 year now since he was a baby . So I think that says it all. She is great and always listens to what my son wants . We are always very happy.
