We have visited Trotters twice in the past for our boy's haircut and we were happy with the service we received. However, the last time we had a bad experience with Lana. She had no interaction with our son who started crying at some point. We had to leave without having finished the haircut. This is not what you expect when paying for a quite expensive service. We won't go again.
