My daughter and me love going for her haircut at Trotters’ Kings Road. The staff are super friendly and great stylists. However we experienced an unexpected issue caused by another customer recently. There was one particular customer kept staring at us and we had an uncomfortable confrontational moment when we were waiting for the haircut in the playing area at the back. All I can describe is hate crime related behaviour. I was too shocked to report to a member of staff. I wish I did.
