The stylist did not seem to know how to handle a toddler. Was quite aggressive with moving the toddler’s head/holding it in place. We have been going to Trotters for a few years for our child’s haircut but has never encountered an inexperienced stylist like the lady we had this time. Quite frankly, not sure she knows how to handle a small child.

The stylist was very nice, but cut my son’s fringe way too short, even after I specifically said, “please don’t cut a short fringe. No shorter than his eyebrows, please.” Also, she recommended use of a trimmer in the cut but it didn’t look as nice as when other stylists use scissors/thinning scissors only. To be fair, I made the mistake of booking during back-to-school time. It was a mad-house in there.
