The whole experience was fantastic. Incredibly accommodating manager and staff. Went above and beyond to make sure our kids were taken care of - including the younger one who wasn’t even getting his hair cut!

The cut itself was good, but we had several issues where my boy got himself into trouble with hair in his mouth and due to the time, we could not stop and help him. It made the experience feel quite rushed as a result.
My son previously had a good experience with haircuts, and unfortunately this wasn't a great one for him.
