Poor professionalism and attitude

The salon has good potential and overall the haircut was okay. However, my son became upset during the appointment, and the hairdresser continued without really trying to comfort or pause. I understand time constraints, but when it comes to children, a little patience and a gentle touch can go a long way. With a bit more care in those moments, the experience could be much better.
