We had to get the haircut corrected as we realised after leaving that our son's hair was left too long in a couple of places. Laura was on a break when we came back and another hairdresser kindly 'fixed' the cut - although the scissors she used to 'delayer' the crop weren't precise and chopped off more of the fringe than we wished. All in all, the experience was good and the team well-intended, but the result was below the A* cut we have received at this branch in the past.

Angela was absolutely wonderful in every way. Alex’s haircut was perfect. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and confident and made the experience so enjoyable.
