We were slightly late for the appointment unfortunately, but Anja remained professional and pleasant to care and considerate towards to my daughter who's only 7 with very fine hair and extremely tangled :(.
Anja detangled and smoothed her hair, and managed a nice cut for her. Her colleague Angela helped to plait my little girl's hair, it looked great.
