I tried to change my appointment time as you know with children, there are unexpected circumstances but they were not flexible. We had to wait around for 2 hours around king road for the appointment while I am sure it would have been possible to try to squeeze us in. i will probably not book again if they cannot be understanding. It’s a shame because we have been going since her first hair cut 2 years ago..
