Fantastic experience. Eden was super friendly and eased my 7 month old onto the chair. Hair cut was fast and neat when it could have went south as my 7 month old started to become fussy

My daughter showed a picture of her with the haircut made last year at Trotters that she wanted to repeat. When challenged the hairdresser that it is not short enough we were told he has no time to correct and that he did what was in the picture. After going there for 17 years I would think we deserve some respect and clearly a better service.

The hairdresser Angela was great. But the people at the cashier (this was Saturday afternoon on 26 April) were rude, talking about me in front of my face! We have been a regular but the experience with the cashier completely put us off going back.
