It was my toddlers first ever professional haircut so I wanted to go somewhere used to working with children as I knew he would find it difficult/get upset.
I was told "shall we just leave it?" within a few minutes of starting as we getting upset. The child before was also very upset and when she saw mine was too she said "not another one".
0 patience, 0 empathy, 0 customer service, 0 understanding. Not sure why shes working with children. The whole process was upsetting for me.
