Such a perfect place for little ones, though they come in scared because of the hair cut, the store is so welcoming and the staff so friendly that they immediately get comfortable. The little boat / slide to try the shoes, the aquarium to watch whilst getting a haircut, the certificate, sticker, little chocolate & lolly after the hair cut, the lovely staff that pay attention, all details that make the experience really outstanding.

My daughter was very happy having her haircut and even happier to receive a chocolate coin and sticker at the end!
It’s a great hair cut and Jody was super kind and friendly too.. we’ve always gone to trotters for a cut and will continue to.

Haircut was great experience. Location of this Trotters branch is really busy. Parking was at a premium but I guess it’s expected for the area.
