Great experience. My son's second haircut, the first he spent crying the whole time. Thought this was going to be a similar experience as he wasnt very keen at first, however Tery and her colleague won him round and it went much smoother with a bribery of chocolate coins! We were so relieved and will be back when he needs his next cut.
