Sadly the first haircut was stressful for everyone involved. The stylist did a bad job on our baby’s hair leaving the fringe cut in blunt chunks despite us stressing we wanted to keep it long but feathered out above the eyes. As a childrens hairdresser I would expect the stylist to be able to deal well with babies especially knowing it was a first cut, to be calm and friendly. We were also left waiting for 15mins passed our app time. I don’t feel this was worth the £20 charge.

We went for our daughters fringe trim. Eden was extremely friendly and lovely. He welcomed us and made my daughter feel extremely comfortable throughout, from the beginning til the end. He was very attentive and approachable to speak to. EVERYTIME I come for my kids haircuts, I will be asking for Eden :)
