Poker-faced hairdresser had no love for kids. It was just another job that brought no joy to her. DS was very well behaved until she reprimanded grandma for taking one of the chocolate coins for trying to make DS smile, at which point DS felt the tension and started crying, making it impossible to complete the haircut properly. Will not visit again.

We have only had our son's hair cut at Trotters, the team are friendly and the fish tank is super interesting for the kids. We will continue to come.
