I do not feel good writing this, but our experience was abysmal. We came ten minutes prior the appointment, however, as they were running late, they decided to bump our appointment altogether and we ended up waiting an hour. After Eden was finally done I had to call my hair stylist to ask for an appointment as I needed someone to give us another haircut. (All I asked for - a trim, where the fringe does not cover eyes). I used to be happy with Trotters hairdressers, but this time was just awful.
Eden was very patient with my little wriggler and her haircut was great. Despite this I’ll probably not take her back to any of the Trotters salons again. It’s not worth the screaming and carrying on when I say no to a new toy. Having a salon in a childrens clothing/toy store is a good idea in theory, but it’s an absolute nightmare for parents with toddlers.
