The hairdressers are always friendly and professional, however the shop staff have gone downhill over the last few years - unfriendly, disorganised, short tempered with each other in front of customers and generally look miserable. No longer the pleasing shopping experience Trotters used to be. Also - the stock hardly ever changes! Some new lines would be well received I’m sure without taking away from your go to pieces. L
