It was a lovely experience having my daughter’s first hair cut at Trotters with Angela, she was kind and quick.
I would personally suggest a bit more cleaning in the hairdressers area, but a part from that it was great

I had booked an appointment at 13:50. I was then called a couple of hours prior the appointment to come earlier at 13:30 as there had been some last minute cancellations. I arrived at 13:25 and was told there was some delay. We finally had our haircut at 13:55. When speaking with the manager, she was not helpful, very unprofessional and wasted all our time rushing to make it earlier and then just siting around for 30 minutes doing nothing. Terrible management of appointments.
