Everything was extremely rushed, he had no patients for the child. He rushed through and after 10 minutes had to take my son off the chair as he was crying so badly. The previous child was also terrified. I will never go here again.

Normally love trotters but the way Ian treated my son recently & how the staff reacted was appalling. He made my son uncomfortable, criticized him openly, & didn’t finish cut. Went to a diff trotters after with no issue. Avoid Ian with boy haircuts.

We usually have a great experience. This time around, got a new hairdresser who insisted on cutting my son’s fringe by placing the scissors in front of his eyes which I think it’s unacceptable for a 3 year old. He became anxious/upset and had to repeatedly ask to avoid doing that. Also had a fine hand tremor. The lady was lovely otherwise and apologised but think that staff should be better trained, especially when expected to give haircuts to young children.
