Great first haircut experience! Nancy and Charlotte were wonderful - checking in constantly with my kids and me to see how they were. Very efficient and kind throughout. Really recommend it & will return.
I only wish I’d thought more about exactly what I wanted and brought photos with me as I found it really hard to express what I wanted - this is in no way a criticism of the stylists who were fantastic it was more a suggestion for other parents of kids with long hair looking to go shorter!

The haircut was ok, but not totally good. It was choppy in some of the areas and the neck was not properly clean with the hair machine. Also, when I told them to shorten the hair a bit more since it still looked long, they said that time was over and I had to book another appointment. Really disappointed with this customer experience, especially after you pay all those money for a kid haircut.
