I know that the appointment is limited to 20 minutes but we travelled all the way from Milton Keynes just to get a haircut from Trotters. This took us about 2.5 hours each way. Angel knew about how far we had travelled from for this appointment.
And when we suggested we wanted to cut the hair shorter than originally agreed, we were immediately shot down saying the appointment is 20 minutes without any consideration for our position. We would not be returning to Trotters after this experience.
