We have been to trotters hair styling before many times but this time it didn’t seem same. The stylist just started chopping the hairs without parting or damping the hair so I was a bit concerned and when I asked, she was defensive that I’m not finish yet. Hence to me it was average and this can be improved.

My son hates haircuts so much that he sometimes runs away from his stylist during the session… but Nancy's quick hands and warmth made it easier than it would have been anywhere else. His new hair style is so cute and the other staff were so friendly, too. I would definitely recommend Nancy and we will book another one with her!
