I went in to get my son’s haircut and the lady on the day cut my son’s hair very short at the front . She went in his natural hairline too much. His hair looks ruler straight at the front . Normally they ask how we want the front and even though my son’s hairline was not dead straight at the front she went in and cut it straight with the hairclip and couldnt rectify it afterwards.

I had been there before with Cristina, she is great.
This time the lady, she did not say her name was quite rude with the kids, she was slow, desperate beacause my baby moved and was noisy, as she said. Whit my girl she was not nice and her haircut was not very good
It definitely was not the same experience as the previous haircuts

We’ve been using Trotters for haircuts for over a year; my now 2 year old is still very nervous about haircuts and everyone has been great about calming him down/working through it but Angel was exceptional—she was very kind and warm and engaged with my daughter to show my son how easy the process would be. It helped so much that she took the time to reassure and calm my son before starting his haircut. She put so much extra effort into giving us a great experience and giving my son a great cut
