The hair stylist scared my child by spraying the water in her face before starting the hair cut. She should have known not to startle a child just before a hair cut. It just went downhill from there. Hair was all over my child’s face /eyes/ neck but she did not dust it off. The cape came off and she didn’t bother to turn it around so that the hair doesn’t fall on her too. She didn’t bother to cut her hair properly. The haircut was bad.
