Both of my daughters had disappointing experiences at Trotters High St Ken store with Eden. When my 7yowas having her hair done on Monday morning at 9am, he was complaining about having to brush her hair, and said he thought it 'hadn't been washed for days', which was quite offensive, as it had been washed 36 hours previously on Saturday evening.
The cuts for both girls seemed very slapdash, and the resulting cuts were uneven. He also didn’t do a nice style for them at the end.

The whole experience was amazing. We were seen on time. Done within the timeslot. The haircut turned out fantastic. The fish tank was a massive plus. My son stayed very calm The whole way through. It was a first haircut and Eden was very understanding, very professional and excellent at his job. The cost for the service is great. We even got a certificate, chocolate coin and his first lock of hair to keep. Amazing, will definitely return for the next cut.

It’s the little man’s 2nd time here and stylists are great at keeping him entertained so they can cut his hair. Haircut is good too!
