The haircut result was good, but the top part was shorter than I requested. The hairdresser (Angel) didn't cross a single word with me or with my toddler during the entire haircut. She went ahead with the trimmer without saying anything to my son, and he got scared as she took him by surprise. She didn't check with me and kept cutting until the top part was very short, which i don't like. I would have been grateful if the experience was not so cold, i think she should engage more with kids.
