Terrible haircut and the stylist wasn’t very welcoming to our son. She was pulling his hair and he kept complaining that it was painful but she didn’t stop. We normally book his haircuts at Selfridges but this time he wanted to see the real fish tank. What a disappointing experience. My son said he wouldn’t go there again. We’ll have to pay for another haircut to fix his hair. I’d like to request a refund, if possible. The staff in the store itself were lovely though which helped a bit
