From our initial consultation to the appointment itself, Kayleigh was professional and answered all our questions. She made us feel welcome and listened to (we were initially nervous customers) and she was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Shona in the salon was also fantastic. The end result was brilliant! My daughter loved her treatment. Thank you.
