They are always running late, made to wait over 20mins and no apology by the owner or nail tech! And then she ends up rushing my appointment. The nails are average, you have to instruct her to be neat and take the product up to the nail bed.

I’ve honestly never experienced such a pleasant wax 😅. I highly recommend going to cian for your all waxing. I was super nervous from previous experiences but she really made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole service. Thank you!!☺️
