A stylist did my hair that I did not book and no prior notification of the change!
I was in and out within 30 mins for an appointment that was meant to be 1 hour and 30 mins, my hair was quickly washed, and then blow dried and tonged. My hair was left in a mess and not styled! and then your stylist offered to get my coat!
My hair smelt of burnt tongs, and my ends reverted back to natural by the time I got back to my car. Unfortunately I had to wash my hair the next day. I am not happy!

not only did they do my hair literally perfect but they are also the sweetest people I've met. they made me feel so comfortable, we talked about any and everything and even bought me food as i was there a while. they are absolutely amazing people and i will 100% be going to them the next time i come back to London!

This was my first time going to the salon & Kayleigh was very welcoming and polite. She was very knowledgeable about Afro hair and gave me advice as I was not 100% sure on the style I wanted. We had some good chats and I felt very good leaving the salon with a really nice new hairstyle.
5 stars all around!
