Lash tech late by 30 minutes, lashes not what I asked for, asked for natural, where you can’t really tell if I’m wearing falsies, received really long lashes (not what I usually have when I get lashes as it doesn’t suit my face) advised to come back and pay for removal + reapplication. Brazilian blow dry unfortunately didn’t last as well as I had last couple of times at another place. Hair is poofy and frizzy.

Kayleigh gave great attention to my texturise appointment. She was driven by the importance of the protection of my scalp and not to over process my hair. This fave me peace of mind. The result was that my hair looked naturally healthy rather than bone straight from the chemical processing. Fabulous styling as always.
