I’ve visited here several times just requesting a basic pedicure, nails cut filed and cuticles but no polish.
I’d previously booked a £10 pedicure which description seemed to match what I needed. This time I had a call from Jenny on the morning of the appointment telling me there had been a technical error and that (even though I’d already paid) I should pay £30 and more in the future. I felt that was wrong and declined. My appointment lasted 8 minutes.
The management needs to improve +++
