I hate leaving bad reviews but I'm sorry this was the most bizarre unprofessional treatment I've ever had, the massage was basically just scratching my head, the was no technique on the back, the lady took 2 calls during it, and then stopped to answer door, the bed was unhygienic because there was no tissue covering the bit you put your face in. Then she was trying to upsell treatments to me during the massage which was inappropriate. Please take this feedback on board.

I booked an Indian Head massage however my head was only massaged for a total of 20 seconds maximum. Instead, the lady massaged my back and arms in a very quick and rough manner which was not relaxing at all. When I asked about it being a head massage she said she knew and for me to just relax. The owner tried to sell every treatment under the sun to me and was quite insulting pointing out treatments she said I should have. The owner all took calls during the treatment. It was certainly not good
