My first time going to for a wax and I have to say the best i’ve been treated in an establishment so far. She went out of her way to reassure me that it wouldn’t hurt as much as I thought and that she’d take care of me. The pain was a 2/10 initially with an increase to 3/10 for more sensitive areas but overall it was so much better than I expected. In addition, didn’t have to worry about any males being around so was more comfortable. I got some sweets as I left too as a treat for being good 😊

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, the service itself was quite disappointing. The esthetician seemed very stressed, which reflected in the work. I left with wax residue everywhere—on my skin, my underwear, and even some on my T-shirt. It was a very messy experience and not the professional result I expected.
