The place was a mess and very very cold. I was freezing during my intimate wax treatment. There were just bags, baskets and beauty stuff just lying around everywhere upstairs and old used towels still on the treatment bed and she changed them while i was there. She was also dressed in gym wear which is not really a salon experience.

My massage by Aleida at Tropic beauty was amazing! She is so welcoming and friendly and gave me the best massage. I had loads of knots in my shoulders which she paid special attention to and I am feeling so relaxed afterwards. Will 100% be returning!
